The Lifeline program offers eligible customers free cell phone service in Missouri, which includes free talking and unlimited texting each month. An eligible customer is a person that is already enrolled in a public assistance program such as Medicaid, Veterans & Survivor Benefits, or food stamps. Alternatively, you may also qualify if your total annual income is at or less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
